Some tips to ensure you get the most out of your appointment with Saddle Fit Pro
Have your horse in and ready to be tacked up.
Have your saddles, pads, girths, breastplates and any regularly used rugs at the ready.
Be prepared to ride.
Having a flat area to measure up on and ride on is advantageous.

Policies
We understand that sometimes things pop up and a cancellation or rescheduling is necessary. Please let us know as soon as you can and we will do the same should it be us that needs to cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service/s is payable.
If you fail to arrive for your appointment 100% of the booked service/s are payable. If you are running late please let us know.
Payment is due on the day of your appointment. We accept bank transfer and cash.
We will do the best job we can keeping in mind the variables we encounter at each appointment, (such as ground conditions, horse and rider confidence etc.)​​
